I am so grateful this place was found. The staff is amazing, attentive, and very accommodating! I have a service dog, and this is the first time I've been anywhere that the staff didn’t try to interact with her, talk/stare at her, and gave me attention instead of her without me having to ask or educate. The Japanese Head Spa is 100% worth it, and they let me talk the whole time since silence and space music is odd for me. Kylie was my stylist who cut my hair on the day of my spa, and she is incredibly talented and has above and beyond customer service! Since I wanted it colored with non permanent dye, she even got me an appointment for the very next day in the morning. I am excited for my next visit!

My sister and I planned a day of relaxation and pampering that included a visit to Collective Hue. We both did the 90 minute Japanese hair spa experience and we both LOVED our treatments. I have fine, limp, thin hair that's been falling out like crazy so I've been trying to take special care of my scalp and hair to promote regrowth. For several days following my treatment, I had volume that I had never thought possible and my scalp felt like it was breathing! So yeah, while this experience was suuuuper relaxing, there's also science and a great deal of skill/education behind the benefits. The salon and spa area are squeaky clean, the vibes are chill and the staff and so kind and welcoming. Treat yourself and your follicles to a visit here.
